New Zealand from October 2003 to July 2008.
What to do
Remove the inflatable ball from the product and keep it away
from young children. Do not discard the inflatable ball.

The product number is located on a white sticker on the back
of the seat.

New Zealand from 2006 to 2009.

Rampway Set
The problem
 The
wheels of the purple and green toy cars included in the set
can come off posing a choking hazard to young children.
Details
Fisher-Price Little People Wheelies Stand ‘n Play Rampway
set, product number T5095 (printed on the toy’s packaging
and the base of the ramp). Only the purple and green cars
marked "mexico" and without a yellow dot on the bottom are
included in this recall. Sold at Farmers and independent toy
retailers throughout New Zealand from September 2010.

Creatures activity centre
The problem
 The toy tray of the activity centre contains small parts
which may pose a choking hazard to young children.
Details
The activity centres are a hard plastic infant walker frame
with toy tray and activity creatures.
The following products are affected:
Safety 1st Natures Creatures activity centre 2-in-1, model
number 528.
Safety 1st Natures Creatures activity centre 3-in-1, model
number 588.
Model numbers can be found on the inside base of the
activity centres.
Sold through Kmart and specialty retail stores between July
2009 and July 2010.
What to do
Ensure the activity centre is out of reach of young

to arrange a replacement tray free of charge.
